The Century Astoria master plan includes 5 high-rise towers. Each tower will have 2 Basements and 15 Floors. Building 334 premium homes across a large 6-acre area takes careful planning.
The 5-year construction plan is divided into four simple phases:
1. Digging and Base Work (Year 1)
After the launch, early work focuses entirely on clearing the site and deep digging. The towers will have a double-basement layout for secure parking. Because of this, strengthening the earth and laying a thick concrete foundation is the main goal for this first year.
2. Main Building Frame (Years 2 and 3)
During this phase, the towers will begin to rise into the North Bangalore sky. Engineering teams will build the 15 residential floors block by block. This includes the main framework for all 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and the massive 6 BHK elite penthouses.
3. Walls, Piping, and Wires (Year 4)
Once the concrete frame is strong and stable, internal work begins. Workers will lay internal walls and finish the plaster work. They will also set up the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical networks. This is when the individual apartment sizes—from 1,357 sq ft up to 4,713 sq ft—take real shape.
4. Luxury Finishes and Clubhouse (Year 5)
The final year focuses on beautiful details, luxury indoor features, and the grand clubhouse. At the same time, the developer will landscape the 4.6 acres of open green space. This makes up 76% of the entire property area, offering a peaceful, low-density living space.
